Returns and Refunds Policy
PLEASE NOTE: This policy relates only to items purchased via the Online Store - vehicle purchases are subject to different terms and those will be shared with you during the vehicle purchase process.

You have 30 days to return an item bought from the online store. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless your item is defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending your item back to us so that we can start the returns process. We will then provide you with details of the return process.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item that arrived defective or damaged please contact us as soon as possible: firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.
If you are returning an item to us you should use a tracked and insured shipping service to prevent any delays in exchanging or refunding, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
